DIRECTIONS: Drive in available via Manse Road, pass St Ninians Church, follow the road round and just before the Glebe Cemetery drive in to our loading bay and park here. Alternatively, you can arrive via our original entrance gate, which is located within Alexander Hamilton Memorial Park. Turn left after the entrance to Avonhaugh Nursing Home, follow the road up to the sports court and park here. The Entrance gate is to the right of the rugby park changing rooms, we advise dogs to be walked on a lead to and from our facility. If your pooch is that excited and “goes” before they get in the entrance gate, please use the bins in our park for any waste bags.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: We ask you to arrive and leave on time. Please be considerate of other dog owners and keep your dog on a lead until the other occupants have left the fields. By waiting by the main gate, this should prompt current users to get ready to pack up, please advise us if users have overstayed and we can contact them. Reactive dog owners, our Dog Park is located within the grounds of a public park, please check the suitability of the location as there is a public path that runs along the side of the park. We also have some farm animal neighbours.
PLEASE NOTE: In autumn and winter months when we see heavy rainfall, the ground can become muddy and slippy. Please wear appropriate footwear/ clothing to visit our secure run fields. You may get dirty but your dog will absolutely LOVE it!!!!
